Events you may have missed–
24 January and Branch Chairman Emmanuel welcomed 45 people to a very successful networking session at the Hotel School. Apart from the networking (or, perhaps, part of it), Ingrid Kingon took us through a character assessment exercise. Each person had to take two (playing) cards from each of four colours. One had then to select the character traits that were described on the cards that matched what you thought of yourself, then swap the other cards with people you thought matched those cards. All was then revealed in the Insights Discovery Personal Effectiveness Program Fact Sheet diagram:
Ron Haiden thought he might be a chameleon. Ingrid did say that certain professions might be inclined to have tendencies towards different areas in the chart. Perhaps one needs a good mix of personalities in the most successful teams
